LadderPort™ Type 1* – Standard Flush Mount

First choice in comfortable safety when the building has a flat, strong wall and a simple flashing detail. This model accommodates a fascia board to 6″ below the top of the roof edge flashing.

  • Designed for Use on a Flat Wall
  • LadderPort™ shall be of welded steel construction
  • Powder coated for lasting durability, available in safety yellow and dark brown
  • Hand stops on top of handrails shall be included
  • Grab rails shall meet OSHA requirements for height and clearance
  • LadderPort™ shall be mounted to building in an architect approved manner utilizing ½” steel threaded rod with back plates or other architect approved fastening system
LadderPort™ Type 2* – Gutter Saver

Protect your gutters from the harm of an extension ladder. Use this model when a gutter up to 8″ wide by 8″ tall is present. This model must be attached to a strong wall.

  • Designed to Provide Clearance for Commercial Gutters up to 8"x8"
  • LadderPort™ shall be of welded steel construction
  • Powder coated for lasting durability, available in safety yellow and dark brown
  • Hand stops on top of handrails shall be included
  • Grab rails shall meet OSHA requirements for height and clearance
  • LadderPort™ shall be mounted to building in an architect approved manner utilizing ½” steel threaded rod with back plates or other architect approved fastening system
LadderPort™ Type 3* – Adjustable

Select this model when the wall has crown or decorative detail at top flashing. Its telescoping lower attach points easily adjust & attach to a strong wall, such as masonry (block/brick), providing a stable unit. Drill bit & ss steel hardware. Included for adjusting the telescoping lower attach points.

  • Designed for Use with Cornice Detail
  • LadderPort™ shall be of welded steel construction
  • Powder coated for lasting durability, available in safety yellow and dark brown
  • Hand stops on top of handrails shall be included.
  • Grab rails shall meet OSHA requirements for height and clearance
  • Shall be securely fastened to wood nailer or other suitable structural member at top of cornice and shall also be set level and lower mounting stand offs shall be cut and drilled in accordance with included instructions for proper length
  • Bottom support shall be securely fastened to masonry construction utilizing ½” steel threaded rod and back plates or other architect approved fastening system
